New Meadows is in a beautiful alpine meadow. Complete visitor services are available, even a golf course. I always enjoy a soak in Zims Plunge hot springs or just soaking my feet in the primitive hot springs just off the road to McCall. New Meadows is a good point to center your explorations of the old mining ghost towns and other hotsprings within the area.
